Niyaa People Ltd is a leading property maintenance company seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the success of our company by overseeing refurbishment and planned maintenance contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce tender documents using various forms and types of contracts, including Partnership Working forms, for all Capital and Revenue construction and building-related projects.
  • Provide cost monitoring and forecasting services for all building-related projects undertaken by the company.
  • Carry out monthly financial valuations of contractor/partner activity, ensuring compliance with contract conditions and financial regulations.

Requirements

  • Experience in working with a range of procurement methods and contract forms.
  • Strong knowledge of building, construction, and procurement practices, including EU Procurement Directives.
  • Minimum BSc in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Schedule of Rates knowledge and experience.
