Role Overview

BLT is seeking a highly skilled VAT Specialist to join their Partner-led team in London, Leeds, or Manchester. As a VAT Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting Directors and Partners in servicing clients, delivering VAT services, and potentially managing consultants within the team.

The ideal candidate will have deep UK VAT technical knowledge, covering a broad range of sectors, including insurance, finance, property, and retail. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and working on a hybrid basis (two days in the office) with flexibility around hours for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver VAT services to clients across various sectors
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and provide technical guidance
  • Collaborate with Directors and Partners to service clients
  • Potentially manage consultants within the team

Requirements:

  • Deep UK VAT technical knowledge
  • Experience working with clients across various sectors
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment
