The Email Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in crafting and implementing impactful email marketing strategies. This position involves managing target audiences, designing captivating email templates, proofreading content, ensuring mobile optimization, analyzing campaign effectiveness, and adhering to industry standards. We are looking for a seasoned email marketing professional with a strong background in copywriting.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement effective email marketing campaigns aimed at customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Oversee the complete email campaign process, including content creation, setup, scheduling, and testing.
- Develop and refine email templates for diverse campaigns and audience segments, ensuring brand consistency and an optimal user experience.
- Establish email marketing automation workflows, including welcome series, drip campaigns, and re-engagement strategies to nurture leads and enhance customer loyalty.
- Create compelling long-form content (advertorials) and concise copy (emails, landing pages, product descriptions, etc.).
- Utilize industry-standard platforms like Klaviyo to design, build, and automate email workflows.
- Evaluate campaign performance and propose enhancements.
- Craft copy that drives conversions and boosts click-through rates.
- Report on revenue generated through email marketing initiatives, with a minimum of three years of experience in email marketing within the digital marketing and advertising sectors. Experience in eCommerce is highly valued.
- At least 3 years of copywriting experience, focusing on conversion-oriented content and a comprehensive understanding of various writing styles and formats.
- Experience with A/B testing techniques.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (such as GA4) and customer segmentation strategies.
- A proactive attitude and results-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional command of the English language, with outstanding written communication and copywriting skills.
