Job Title: Learning and Development Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Learning and Development Administrator to join our team at Connells Group UK. As a key member of our Learning and Development team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Director of Learning and Development and the Learning Partners in creating a fantastic learner experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Maintain Relationships: Develop close working relationships with stakeholders and the L&D team by working collaboratively to meet Connells Group L&D goals.
  • Coordinate Learning Activities: Support the efficient administration of all learning activities, programs, initiatives, and reporting across Central Functions and Lender Services.
  • Provide Excellent Support: Ensure a fantastic end-to-end learner experience by handling all related logistics, coordinating programs and events, and providing timely responses.
  • Support L&D Team: Assist the L&D team in providing regular reports on L&D activities and help evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate records within the LMS and other systems, ensuring up-to-date tracking of attendance, participation, performance, and other key learning metrics.
Requirements:
  • Administrative Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, ideally within HR, L&D, or a related function.
  • Task Management: Strong experience of managing multiple tasks, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently, particularly related to training and learning logistics and technology.
  • Team Player: Experience of working as a strong team player who can work cross-functionally with other business units.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to interact professionally with colleagues and stakeholders of all levels.
  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Proven high level of accuracy in managing data, preparing reports, and maintaining training records.
  • Technical Skills: Good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and strong IT skills.
