We are seeking a reliable and physically fit HGV driver to join our team in Chelmsford. As an HGV driver, you will be responsible for collecting residential waste and recycling, moving bags, wheelie bins, and recycling bins and boxes, and using a lifting mechanism to tip the waste from bins into the lorry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collecting residential waste and recycling in Chelmsford
  • Moving bags, wheelie bins, and recycling bins and boxes
  • Using a lifting mechanism to tip the waste from bins into the lorry
  • Reporting any problems with waste collections
  • Assisting waste collection operatives with collections

Our ideal candidate will have 2 years of HGV driving experience and a flexible approach to work and changing circumstances. If you are proactive, positive, and have a 'can-do' attitude, we encourage you to apply.

Working Hours:

6:30/7am start hours, Tuesday to Friday, 37 hours a week (overtime available depending on workload)
