Join Our Team as a Graduate Teaching Assistant

We are seeking recent graduates to work as Graduate Teaching Assistants at Tradewind Recruitment, supporting Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Schools across Liverpool.

About the Role

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to facilitate lessons and provide individual support to children with diverse needs.

Responsibilities
  • Work with class teachers to deliver lessons and provide personalized support to students
  • Assess students' progress and implement Educational Health Care Plans (EHCPs)
  • Provide support to children on a 1:1 or small group basis
Requirements
  • Hold a degree in any subject area
  • Demonstrate a passion for working with children
  • Hold an Enhanced DBS check or be willing to apply for one
  • Have 2 professional or educational references
  • Have a CV outlining your educational and employment history

We are happy to consider graduates from any course, providing they can demonstrate a passion and willingness to commit to a role working with children. Training will be provided.
