Financial Planning Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join our team at North Oak Recruitment. As a Paraplanner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our consultants in providing high-quality financial advice to our clients.
Main Responsibilities:- Assist consultants in each stage of the advice process, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Analyze existing client holdings, including contract features, fund, and charges analysis, to provide informed recommendations.
- Create compliant Suitability Reports, using your knowledge of financial regulations and industry standards.
- Prepare supporting research, including cash flow models, to help consultants make informed decisions.
- Deal with consultant and client technical queries, providing clear and concise explanations of complex financial concepts.
- Maintain clear and compliant client records, ensuring that all necessary information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Log new business cases into Paraplanning, ensuring that all necessary information is captured accurately.
- Update Reports log, ensuring that all reports are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Use FE Analytics to compare funds and portfolios, providing informed recommendations to consultants.
- Create Illustrations for new business, using your knowledge of financial regulations and industry standards.
- Produce cash flow analysis, where relevant, to help consultants make informed decisions.
- Pre-fill any required application forms, ensuring that all necessary information is accurate and complete.
- Input data onto Adviser Office, ensuring that all necessary information is captured accurately.
