Psychology Graduate

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate to join our team as a Learning Mentor at a vibrant and inclusive secondary school in Harrow, North West London.

The successful candidate will work closely with students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to provide individualized support and guidance. This role is an excellent opportunity for graduates who want to learn how to teach and build transformational relationships with pupils.

• Tutoring and mentoring groups of pupils and individuals to ensure everyone is at the correct attainment level in all subjects
• Actively engaging in every professional developmental opportunity on the road to a successful career in teaching

• Psychology Degree
• Passion for helping young people excel
• Experience working with secondary school-aged students (preferable)
