We are seeking a Junior Project Manager with a background in construction to co-ordinate and manage some of the largest bespoke construction projects in the UK. The successful candidate will have a clear progression ladder, bespoke training, and 2 days a week WFH.
The company was created in 2015 from an offshoot of a very successful group of construction companies. Since then, they have grown from 1 employee to 120, with a strong culture for continuous learning.
Your role will involve planning and monitoring construction projects, interacting with clients to keep them up to date with the progression of the project, using architectural drawings to manage projects, and working closely with various internal departments.
The office is open plan, and the company invests heavily in people and products, making it a busy and dynamic environment.
The Role:- Planning and monitoring construction projects
- Customer and client interaction
- Working closely with engineers, architects, detailers, and designers
- Flexible office hours, 2 days a week WFH
The ideal candidate will have an architectural or construction background, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to interpret architectural drawings.
