Key Responsibilities:

  • Executing scheduled preventative maintenance tasks.
  • Repairing and restoring commercial mechanical systems.
  • Responding to urgent service calls and being part of an on-call team.
  • Investigating the root causes of mechanical failures.
  • Overseeing site-specific project assignments.
  • Maintaining precise records within the maintenance management system.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 5 years in a Mechanical Field Service role.
  • NVQ Level 2/3 in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
  • Proven experience in the maintenance and repair of heat network systems.
  • Capability to interpret technical schematics.
  • Basic understanding of electrical systems.
  • Valid UK driving license.
