Radiology Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiology Consultant to join our Vascular Interventional Radiology Department at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our services.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the daytime and on-call vascular radiology services, ensuring seamless delivery of care to patients.
- Develop and maintain expertise in vascular interventional radiology, including embolisation for haemorrhage and acute EVAR for ruptured AAA.
- Participate in training, research, and teaching activities, including the supervision of undergraduate medical students and postgraduate doctors.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve patient outcomes and service delivery, aligning with our trust's values of patient-centred care, fairness, collaboration, accountability, and empowerment.
- Completion of a recognised training programme in Clinical Radiology with CCT.
- Evidence of medical research experience and a strong commitment to teaching and service improvement.
- High level of clinical experience and competence in Clinical Radiology, with specific expertise in Vascular Interventional Radiology.
