About the Role

Maintech Recruitment LTD is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team and assist with the delivery of capital projects across the UK. The role will be based out of their Birmingham-based site with regular travel through the region managing a wide variety of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the delivery of projects within the portfolio, ensuring tight control of programme, delivery, quality, and commercial deadlines.
  • Work with the Project, Commercial, Design, and Operations team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Resource planning for all ongoing works to ensure the timely delivery of projects.
  • Plan resource effectively and ensure internal processes are followed, including monthly programme and forecast updates.
  • Follow tender processes and supplier evaluations.
  • Be the key face for the business with clients throughout the project delivery.
Requirements
  • Extensive project management experience within the manufacturing and engineering sector.
  • Experience within the water treatment/utilities industry and have a technical understanding of the M&E requirements within the sector.
  • Hold qualifications in Project Management (APM, Prince 2, etc.).
  • Have experience of problem-solving, risk management, complaint management, and implementation of countermeasures.
What's on Offer
  • A basic salary of up to £65,000.

  • 8.30am to 17.00pm working Monday – Friday (Hybrid option available).
