Exciting Opportunity in Governance

We are seeking a highly skilled Governance Executive/Manager to join our team at BWW Recruitment. As a key member of our governance team, you will be responsible for providing expert governance and company secretarial support to our range of Funds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing governance and company secretarial support to our Funds
  • Assisting with company acquisitions, joint ventures, new fund establishment, and refinancing
  • Working closely with the legal team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Developing and implementing best practice governance procedures

Requirements:

  • Qualified or near-qualified (CGI) governance professional
  • Good experience and understanding of investment fund structures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
