About the Role

As a Structural CAD Design Engineer, you will provide technical expertise to support the design process, working collaboratively with the Structural Engineer to produce site-specific calculations and guide the design process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and provide calculations to support design proposals, identify necessary amendments, and assess the impact of proposed solutions.
  • Conduct integrated modelling, prepare calculations, reports, specifications, and drawings to ensure high-quality design deliverables.
  • Contribute to risk assessments, method statements, and O&M manuals to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage tasks and deliver projects to the highest technical and financial standards, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare client and project proposals, including feasibility studies, to support business development initiatives.
  • Produce internal and external reports to communicate design solutions and project progress to stakeholders.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be a graduate with a strong background in CAD design and structural engineering, capable of working on live projects and product development.
