Our client, a prominent consultancy firm, is seeking a Lead Consultant to perform in-depth analysis and provide exceptional service to clients within the Energy sector.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and directing research efforts, engaging with clients, and ensuring the quality of deliverables. This includes making certain that all project outputs are completed on schedule, within the defined scope, and meet high-quality standards.

Please note - The ideal candidate must possess substantial consultancy experience in the Energy sector.

This role serves as a crucial link between the end client and the technical subject matter experts (SMEs) on a large-scale, multi-faceted project.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research: Analyze existing multi-energy system modeling options with varying calorific values (CVs) currently utilized in international gas networks.
  • Advise on best practices among the evaluated modeling options and outline strategies for implementation.
  • Lead the analysis for feasibility studies and develop a comprehensive RTSM roadmap.
  • Evaluate the feasibility of the models used for current client billing estimations.
  • Assess how regulatory, technical, and economic factors will influence billing evaluations over time.
  • Create a detailed roadmap for the full RTSM, including a thorough timeline and cost estimation for strategic implementation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field within the Energy sector.
  • Demonstrated experience as a consultant in the Energy industry.
  • Strong knowledge of RTSM models and proficiency in conducting analyses with these models.
  • Experience with best practices and implementation strategies for RTSM models.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination capabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capacity to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
