Our PurposeWe are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Food & Beverage Team at Hoar Cross Hall. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding guest service, preparing and serving a variety of beverages, and ensuring the bar area is clean and organised.
Responsibilities- Provide efficient, courteous, and professional service at all times within the Outdoor Spa Terrace, bars, restaurants, and any other department.
- Assist in delivering all aspects of our food and beverage service to guests across all hotel and spa areas, particularly the service of cocktails.
- Answer guest queries in a polite and helpful manner.
- Coordinate with bar staff to ensure the availability of all beverages.
- Handle guest complaints, responding accordingly or escalating as required to ensure the complaints procedure is followed and service recovery results in a satisfied guest.
- Maintain compliance with applicable health and safety standards, dress code, and other serving standards.
- Undertake new or refresher training sessions as required.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of a variety of beverages, including cocktails.
- Good understanding of liquor licencing, food hygiene and quality standards.
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
