We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Residential Sales Professional to join our dynamic team at Bairstow Eves in Bow. As a key member of our residential sales team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Generating and booking valuations to drive sales growth
  • Conducting property viewings and negotiating offers to achieve successful sales outcomes
  • Progressing sales through to exchange and completion, ensuring seamless customer experiences
  • Optimizing opportunities to schedule appointments for our Mortgage Advisor

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Preferably an experienced sales background
  • Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilience, positivity, organization, numeracy, and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literacy (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
