About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Team Planner to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Team Planner, you will play a crucial role in the technical department, working alongside a supportive team to plan new work, including drawing control, determining the best route of manufacture, and managing the bill of materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings
- Develop a strong understanding of manufacturing processes
- Utilize Solidworks expertise to ensure efficient planning and processing of new work
- Collaborate with the Technical Manager to achieve customer lead times and contribute to the overall success of the company
- Work closely with the production department to build a skilled and efficient workforce
Requirements:
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in SolidWorks
- Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently
- Highly motivated and problem-solving mindset
- Familiarity with measuring equipment
