Kamro Ltd is a well-respected private housing development company renowned for creating distinctive high-quality homes. We are committed to delivering excellence in every aspect of our work, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation in housing design and construction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare cost budgets and cost estimates for new developments
  • Conduct feasibility studies, cost control, and cost management
  • Prepare tender and contract documents
  • Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work
  • Perform risk value management and cost control
  • Advise on procurement strategy
  • Identify, analyze, and develop responses to commercial risks
  • Provide advice on contractual claims
  • Value completed work and arrange payments, as well as negotiate with subcontractors
  • Knowledge of Construction Contract legal framework (contractual notices, etc.)
  • A solid subcontractor contact book/network
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the housing development sector
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
  • Experience with construction management software
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple project sites
  • Minimum 4 years housebuilder PLC or Residential experience as QS role, HND/ Degree
