Quality Manager Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Manager to join our client's business and contribute to their continued growth and success. As a Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our client's products meet the highest quality standards and comply with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain quality management systems, including ISO9001.
  • Conduct regular quality inspections throughout the supply chain and production processes.
  • Investigate and resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement training plans for production operatives to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and customers to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Monitor and analyze statistical data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement projects to enhance quality and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership experience and ability to motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including production, supply chain, and sales.
  • Knowledge of environmental legislation and regulations.
  • Timber industry experience, particularly with wood machinery or caravan building, is highly desirable.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary up to £40,000 depending on experience.
  • 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays.
