Role Overview
As we prepare for our grand opening, we are seeking an experienced Lead Premium Bartender to collaborate with Food & Beverage Supervisors in crafting a distinctive beverage service for our premium hospitality area. You will oversee bar operations during live events, supported by a dedicated team committed to exceeding guest expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Supervisor to cultivate a skilled team of hospitality professionals.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering their growth and aligning with our succession planning.
- Understand the essence of outstanding service and assist in implementing a comprehensive training program for the bar staff.
- Facilitate on-the-job training, ensuring seamless integration into event operations.
- Proactively prepare and manage the premium bar area for all events, ensuring flawless execution.
- Utilize strong interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate your team, demonstrating integrity and leadership.
- Create unforgettable experiences that set us apart from competitors and resonate with our patrons.
Working Conditions
This position offers flexible shifts to accommodate various schedules, including evenings and weekends.
Compensation
Hourly Rate: Competitive with additional holiday pay and service charge.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in supervising premium hospitality environments, such as stadiums or high-volume venues.
- Ability to make quick, sound operational decisions under pressure.
- Experience in building and nurturing a diverse team focused on exceptional customer service.
