Commercial Account Handler

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Account Handler to join our team at Brown & Brown Europe. As an Account Handler, you will play a crucial role in managing existing client relationships and expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities- Client Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Insurance Expertise: Offer expert advice and guidance on insurance products and services, ensuring that clients receive the best possible solutions.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our client base.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to designated Account Executives or Small Business Units, handling quotations, new business, mid-term amendments, and renewals.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless transactions and excellent customer service.
- General Insurance Experience: Proven experience in general insurance, either broking or underwriting.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Administrative Skills: Effective planning, administration, and organizational skills, with the ability to work calmly under pressure.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to professionally represent the company.
