Private Fee Earner Solicitor

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Private Fee Earner Solicitor to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. As a Private Fee Earner Solicitor, you will be responsible for undertaking a variety of fee-earning work, working both independently and as a member of the team, and providing a profitable contribution to the work of the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain existing relations with the firm's clients and assist in developing new relationships.
- Drafting of Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and dealing with Trust and Estate Administration, Court of Protection, and Inheritance Tax Planning.
- Conduct research and analysis to provide expert advice to clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and grow the business.
Requirements
- Good 'hands-on' private client experience in Wills, Trusts, Lasting Power of Attorney, and Trust and Estate Administration.
- Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to nurture existing clients and third-party relationships, as well as the ability to help develop new business.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
