About the Role

As a Care Worker with Alina Homecare, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients in Hereford and surrounding areas. Our care jobs are diverse and challenging, and we are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, helping to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Assist with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, and grooming, to help clients maintain their independence.
  • Administer medication and provide reminders to ensure clients take their medication as prescribed.
  • Prepare healthy meals and snacks to support clients' dietary needs.
  • Conduct light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, cleaning, and tidying, to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Accompany clients on errands and outings, providing support and assistance as needed.
  • Help clients with mobility and transfer tasks, such as getting in and out of bed or using the bathroom.

Requirements

  • A caring and reliable attitude, with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support.
  • A valid driving license and access to a vehicle, to enable travel to clients' homes.
  • The right to work in the UK.
