Sales Associate, John Lewis Partnership

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Partner to join our team at John Lewis Partnership. As a Sales Partner, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have an outstanding shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide guidance to customers on our products, from washing machines to womenswear, and equip them with the skills and knowledge to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Proactively engage with customers on the shop floor to help them find and fall in love with our products.
- Work with colleagues and managers to turn customer conversations into sales.
- Deliver service with a smile at the till and assist customers with their online orders.
- Previous experience of selling, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

What We Offer:We offer a competitive hourly rate of £11.55, 37.5 hours of varied work per week, including evening and weekends. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through our training and development programs.
