Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Coordinator to join our team. As an Accounts Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance team with various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with month-end closing procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with the External Shared Service Centre for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable ledger management.
  • Participate in weekly calls with customer services, business managers, and customers to discuss AR Cash Collection activities.
  • Manage the Accounts Payable on-hold report to optimize the procure-to-pay process.
  • Provide additional finance support to maintain accurate and up-to-date AP/AR ledgers.
  • Assist in preparing and recording cash forecasts.
  • Run the Internal Intra-Netting process to streamline financial transactions.
  • Process invoices, credit notes, and manage expenses.
  • Create and execute manual and BACS payment runs.
  • Support external audit information requests and provide general administrative assistance.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Good IT skills, including proficiency in relevant software applications.
  • Experience working in a similar finance-related role.
  • Ability to efficiently organize and prioritize workloads.
