Exciting Opportunity at Redbridge Mental Health Support Team
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to join our innovative team as a Clinical Supervisor, providing evidence-based interventions to children and young people and their families.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based interventions to children and young people and their families
- Supervise and support Education Mental Health Practitioners in delivering guided self-help interventions
- Develop and implement whole school mental health support programs
Key Requirements:
- Significant experience in child and adolescent mental health or educational settings
- Proven ability to deliver evidence-based interventions and collaborate with professionals and families
- Commitment to inclusive and person-centered approaches
- Demonstrated skill in project leadership and systems change
