About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Site Maintenance Handyperson/Fabric Technician to join our team at the Invictus Group. This is a permanent position that offers a salary of £30,000 per annum and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general building repair and maintenance tasks, including changing locks, door closures, and other door furniture.
  • Carry out basic plumbing and small leak repairs, as well as small painting, decoration, and making good.
  • Fitting of carpet tiles and applying relevant trade skills to carry out reactive maintenance standards.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are met on site, including L8 works.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in general building and maintenance repairs.
  • Relevant trade qualifications, such as City & Guilds / BTEC National Diploma / NVQ 2 in a trade or Building Maintenance Carpentry & Joinery.
  • Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to work effectively in a commercial/industrial setting.
