Job Title: Head of Financial Performance and Planning

Job Purpose:

To work with the Group finance and the Global Shared Service teams to deliver a world-class commercial finance reporting, planning, and analysis which supports the management and Senior Leadership team of IWG in making better-informed commercial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing analysis of and commentary on business performance including reporting to the Group Board.
  • Working with the business and finance community to drive best-in-class analysis to improve business performance.
  • Supporting the Group Finance Director in all financial analysis matters including ad-hoc requests.

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of working experience.
  • University degree in finance and controlling, accounting, business administration, or equivalent education.
  • Experience in financial planning, reporting, and analysis in a multinational environment.
  • Experience in driving business performance in a low-cost environment.
