We are seeking a skilled and experienced Roadside Rescue Mechanic to join our team at The AA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our members.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle issues, from routine maintenance to complex breakdowns.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations and solutions to their problems.
- Work independently and as part of a team, driving to different locations in various weather conditions.
- Utilize technical expertise to solve a variety of issues, whether it's fixing the vehicle by the roadside or recovering it to a garage.
- NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualifications with relevant experience.
- A full category B driving licence, with 6 points or less.
- Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
