Support Worker for Children and Young People

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our team, working with children and young people. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our young clients, promoting their well-being and helping them to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized support to children and young people, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, promoting trust and confidence.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores.
- Support young people in their educational and personal development, encouraging them to participate in activities and achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and social workers, to ensure a comprehensive support plan is in place.
- Document and report on young people's progress, highlighting areas of strength and areas for improvement.
