We are seeking a dedicated Band 4 IT Technician to join our team, providing essential support across various locations within Sussex.

We are looking for an individual who is eager to help deliver our Core Services and facilitate the transition to M365, NHS Mail, and a new Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system during this transformative period.

Key Responsibilities
Your primary duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Troubleshooting and resolving software and hardware challenges.
- Configuring new and existing mobile devices, laptops, and tablets.
- Assisting staff in utilizing M365 effectively.
The Trust predominantly operates on Windows 10 and Office 2019, with plans to transition to M365 and Azure in the near future. We are particularly interested in candidates with prior experience in NHS IT, Microsoft 365, or local government settings.

Job Requirements
