About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Supply Advanced Team Operative to join our team at our Pontefract site. As a key member of our warehouse team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management and logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory levels and control the returns process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of goods.
  • Input and analyze data into our IT Quality Based System, utilizing your ERP/WM experience to drive business insights.
  • Operate MHE & FLT equipment, with a valid FLT/Counterbalance Licence, to ensure efficient and safe warehouse operations.
  • Manage automation equipment, data, and functions to minimize impact on supply requirements and OEE performance.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of up to £13.11, which translates to an annual salary of £28,622.81. Our shift pattern is 3on3off, rotating between days and nights, with 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am shifts. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including 3 x annual base salary life assurance, a good company pension scheme, and access to our virtual GP, you'll enjoy free on-site car parking and many more perks.
