We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our team at Chartwells - Schools. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and present high-quality food that meets the expectations of our clients and customers
- Create visually appealing food displays and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Represent Chartwells and promote a positive brand image
- Handle cash and operate the cash register with accuracy and efficiency
- Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and presentation
- Ability to follow health and safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
