About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Healthcare Sector Director to join our team at Ramboll Group A/S. As a key member of our Healthcare division, you will be responsible for developing and growing our services within the Healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and guidance to our Healthcare division, identifying opportunities and addressing them with solutions that add value to our clients.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain trusting relationships with existing and future clients, external collaborative partners, and colleagues in Ramboll to ensure we bring the best of our knowledgebase to the projects.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Healthcare sector, leveraging your extensive understanding of the sector, our clients' business, strategy, and the landscape they operate in.
  • Team Management: Contribute to the leadership/management group in our Healthcare division, setting strategic priorities to ensure our continuous growth and success.
Requirements
  • Academic Qualifications: Hold an academic degree or equivalent experience.
  • Professional Membership: Be a member of a relevant professional institution.
  • Experience: Possess several years of experience with project and/or programme management in healthcare.
  • Industry Knowledge: Have an in-depth understanding of the healthcare sector, including associated challenges and opportunities.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrate an innovative mindset, business acumen, and ability to build strong relations with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communication Skills: Possess effective communication skills in English.
