About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber and Security Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Cyber Engineering team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of enterprise IT services across the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement security solutions to protect our networks and systems
  • Collaborate with technical engineering colleagues to provide efficient cyber services
  • Manage and support Atlassian Stack technologies, including Jira, Confluence, and BitBucket
  • Develop and maintain DLP rules and analytical skills to identify and mitigate security threats
  • Work on large-scale projects to on-board new and existing networks into Cyber Toolsets
  • Optimise searches, reports, and dashboards for insights and automate tasks using scripts
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Linux, including configuring, managing, and troubleshooting
  • Experience with DLP technologies, such as Symantec and/or Trellix
  • Familiarity with Atlassian Stack technologies and Firewall technologies
  • Ability to diagnose and escalate network issues effectively
  • Proficiency in scripting languages, such as PowerShell and RegEx
