At Allen & Harris, we're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our team in branch. As our Branch Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, ensuring office expenditure is maintained within budgeted levels, and handling customer enquiries in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including uploading property details onto major property portals.
- Handle customer enquiries, both in branch and over the phone, in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure office expenditure is maintained within budgeted levels.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Administrator/Secretary or similar role.
- Customer-focused and comfortable in a client-facing role.
- Resilient, positive, numerate, and detail-oriented.
- Organized and able to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Keen interest in learning and keeping up to date with industry changes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
