Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Technology Service Manager to join our team at Bridge. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our service management efforts and ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of service management professionals, including permanent resources, third-party vendors, and contractors.
  • Develop and implement service management strategies and processes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize service management initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL and other relevant service management methodologies.
  • Develop and manage service level agreements (SLAs) and operational level agreements (OLAs) with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in a senior service management role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality IT services.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of professionals.
  • Deep understanding of ITIL and other relevant service management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
