About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Negotiator to join our team at CLD Recruitment. As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make viewing, survey, and valuation appointments with potential customers
  • Arrange appointments between Financial Consultants and qualified leads
  • Manage Conveyancing leads and maintain regular contact with vendors and potential purchasers
  • Conduct competitor checks and prospect for new business opportunities
  • Provide viewing feedback to vendors and ensure properties are matched to the needs of potential buyers
  • Prepare valuation sheets and sales particulars for Managers and Valuers
  • Undertake viewings and other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Personal drive and initiative
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Well-dressed and well-presented at all times
  • Enthusiastic and high-energy approach to work
