NJR Recruitment is seeking a skilled Product Development Manager to join a world leader in home textiles. This exciting opportunity involves working with a global client supplying major retailers in the UK and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct market analysis and provide strategic insights to inform product development
- Collaborate with factories and design teams to create new product ideas
- Establish relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing and lead times
- Develop and maintain product knowledge, including technical aspects and quality assurance
- Prepare and present product information to stakeholders using PowerPoint
- Proven experience in product development, preferably in a retailer or importer environment
- Strong understanding of market trends and competitor activity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software, including formulas and v-lookups
- Textiles experience preferred
