About the Role:

We are working with a leading maintenance contractor based in the South East to find an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their property services division. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the financial aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate potential risks.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction law, contracts, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
