The Role

As part of a dynamic and innovative Year 4 team, the Primary School Year 4 Educator will concentrate on delivering an engaging curriculum tailored for Year 4 students. Additionally, the successful candidate will occasionally provide targeted support for small groups to enhance learning outcomes for a class of 28 pupils.

Requirements

To qualify for the Primary School Year 4 Educator position, candidates must:

  • Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Have prior experience teaching Year 4 classes.
  • Be adept at working with smaller nurture groups to enhance academic performance.
  • Exhibit a genuine commitment to becoming an integral part of a dedicated educational team.
  • Have experience supporting students in primary education, particularly in Year 4.
  • Ideally, have a background in delivering interventions in Literacy and Mathematics.

All remuneration rates mentioned will include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This position is temporary, with the potential for a permanent role in the future.
