Paid Social Campaign Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Manager to join our team at Dentsu International. As a Paid Social Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing paid social campaigns across various platforms to meet client objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute account strategies in partnership with clients and senior management, ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage the operational success of accounts, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Own and manage client strategies, identifying key campaign efficiencies and implementing data-driven decisions.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance and support.
- Collaborate with Account Directors to plan and grow accounts, identifying new opportunities and developing strategic plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across Client Services and other channel teams.
- Proven experience in managing and planning paid social campaigns, preferably in an agency or client-facing environment.
- Proficiency in managing and planning campaigns across various paid social platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
- Strong understanding of paid social principles, best practices, and industry trends.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Proven track record of delivering successful paid social campaigns and achieving key performance metrics (e.g., ROAS, CTR, CPA).
- Desired experience with marketing partners, such as Sprinklr and Flashtalking.
