About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at EVO Group. As a Sales Representative - Facilities Supplies, you will be responsible for delivering sales and margin growth on all aspects of facility supplies, including janitorial, chemicals, and catering, across the South.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work alongside a team of Account Managers/Corporate Account Managers to grow sales and margin on the facilities supplies sector to achieve targets set.
  • Make recommendations on improved cleaning and hygiene products and equipment to ensure customers are efficient and effective.
  • Monitor sales performance and activity levels and produce monthly reports detailing key result areas, including pipeline and sales forecasts, leads, and wins.
  • Maintain appropriate records on clients and sales activities on the CRM system.
  • Support the team in effective new business bids/presentations.
  • Provide quotes and ensure that enquiries are followed up in a timely manner.
  • Ensure retention of all live profitable accounts within the portfolio.
Requirements
  • Good knowledge of the facility supplies industry.
  • Experience in selling chemicals and washroom supplies.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong Organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of EVO Group products and services, competitors, and the market.
  • Full driving licence.
  • Proven sales and profit achievement against sales targets.
