Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Duty Manager to lead our hotel operations at Premier Inn in Bromsgrove Central. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hotel Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Staff Management: Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Quality and Standards: Maintain high standards of quality and service, ensuring that all guests have a positive experience.
- Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve any issues that may arise, ensuring that the hotel runs smoothly and efficiently.
