Job Title: Supervisor

We're seeking a skilled Supervisor to join our Transportation team in Edmonton. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of transportation services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effective planning, programming, and delivery of transportation services, achieving company and contractual KPIs.
  • Managing change controls on site, prioritizing health and safety, and promoting a zero-accident culture.
  • Conducting regular site inspections, collaborating with our Health, Safety, and Wellbeing Advisor to promote best practices and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of site teams.
  • Adhering to CDM regulations 2015 and ensuring that principal contractor responsibilities are met across all transportation services.
Requirements:
  • Hold SMSTS or SSSTS certification and possess a valid LGV driving license.
  • Proven experience working on high-profile transportation contracts, with knowledge of highways works and maintenance at a supervisory level.
  • Understanding of fleet management and O-Licence compliance.
