About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Search Account Manager to join our team at GroupM Nexus. As a Paid Search Account Manager, you will be responsible for owning the day-to-day execution of all elements of paid search activity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client/supplier relationships to ensure flawless execution of plans and builds rapport to become a trusted advisor.
  • Employ strong platform knowledge and manage one or several Account Executives to successfully execute deliverables and exceed client's expectations.
  • Act as a key point of contact for the Global Hub and provide constructive feedback to Account Executives.
  • Oversee the performance of Account Executives and Global Hub, ensuring quality control work and advising on the correct course of action.
  • Assist with the recruitment process for the immediate and wider team when required.
  • Implement processes and practices that maximize operational efficiencies and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with and support your team in the implementation and optimisation of paid search campaigns for clients.
  • Take responsibility for wider client or team deliverables and guide Account Executives in how this can be effectively achieved.
About You

We are looking for candidates who are self-starters, want to succeed, and have a desire to push the boundaries. Passionate about digital marketing, specifically Paid Search and Cross-Platform campaign formats.

It's essential that you have:

  • Some experience line managing people, their development, and workload.
  • Deep Paid Search knowledge and experience, with current dated certifications (Google Ads and Microsoft Ads).
  • Excellent knowledge of bid management and core Paid Search technology platforms.
  • Excellent data analysis skills and understanding of the strategic & tactical application of paid search and digital marketing.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills which include Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Experience in Google Data Studio or similar reporting platforms.
  • Operationally proficient with excellent project management skills.
  • You are proactive and have immaculate attention to detail.
