We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations, Field Planning and Analytics team to support our Sales organization. This role will assist with our annual sales planning process and you will work closely with the Global Sales teams to ensure we meet our quarterly goals. The candidate must be self-directed, well organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. This is an excellent opportunity for learning and growth opportunities with access to many revenue generating organizations across the field.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve AE success by evaluating business performance, diagnosing issues, and recommending data-driven actions.
- Work cross-functionally with Comp, FP&A and Human Resources, to produce ad-hoc analysis to understand customer and team behavior.
- Maintain and create reports, models and support day-to-day Revenue Operations activities for the Sales Organization (Specific to Account Executives).
- Be the Planning owner and become the Subject Matter Expert for all things AEs
- Develop and maintain high-quality documentation and develop KPIs for regular business rhythm reporting (i.e., Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a data analysis or operations role, preferably within a Revenue Operations or Sales Operations team.
- SaaS start-up experience in a related field is a plus.
