Temp to perm: £24.00 plus Van and fuel card
Job Description:
As a Social Housing Reactive Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our social housing units. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of maintenance technicians and contractors in responding to reactive maintenance requests.
- Inspecting properties to identify repair and maintenance needs, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination on housing-related matters.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Providing regular reports and updates to management regarding the status of maintenance operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social housing or property maintenance, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong technical knowledge of building maintenance, repair, and renovation.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and basic computer applications.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations in housing maintenance.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
