Avocet Legal is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Conveyancing Administrator to join their dynamic team.

This permanent position is ideal for administrators looking to enter or develop their career in the legal world of conveyancing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with quality service standards.
  • Manage initial matter setup procedures, including producing instruction letters and updating central records.
  • Support Conveyancers by providing efficient and effective administrative services, including due diligence to comply with Anti-Money Laundering Regulations.
  • Handle routine client telephone inquiries and gather necessary information for file opening requirements.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in an administrative function, with property transaction experience being beneficial but not essential.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work within a quality standard environment.
  • Excellent IT skills with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
  • Strong teamwork skills and collaborative attitude, with availability to work in the office daily.
